Set in one of the most charming destinations on the Costa Blanca, this apartment is perfect for a relaxing holiday by the sea.
Enjoy up to 320 sunny days a year in this 6‑person holiday apartment, featuring a large sea‑view terrace, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a bright living room, and a fully equipped kitchen with a separate utility room.
The apartment includes towels, a hairdryer, an iron, a capsule coffee machine, a citrus juicer, a toaster, Smart TV, air conditioning, free Wi‑Fi, a dishwasher, washing machine, vacuum cleaner, and sun loungers. The building offers an outdoor swimming pool and an elevator, with a children’s playground nearby.
Within walking distance you will find shops, a pharmacy, pubs, and restaurants. Just 3 minutes on foot to two popular beaches: Playa de los Locos (200 m) and Playa del Cura (300 m), both fully equipped with lifeguard services, medical facilities, showers, changing rooms, accessible areas, children’s playgrounds, and water sports. Torrevieja is proudly awarded the Blue Flag for its clean and well‑organized beaches.
The close proximity to the Mediterranean Sea, as well as the famous nearby salt lakes and lagoons with their unique microclimate, makes this location ideal for relaxation, recreation, and well‑being.

Check‑in at our apartment is available between 3:00 PM and 10:00 PM, while check‑out is required by 11:00 AM. This schedule allows our guests to arrive comfortably and enjoy a relaxed morning before departure.
Early check‑in and late check‑out are possible depending on availability.
If the apartment is ready before your arrival, we will be happy to offer early check‑in. Likewise, late check‑out may be available if no other guests are arriving on the same day.
Please note that early check‑in and late check‑out cannot be guaranteed at the time of booking. We kindly ask you to contact us closer to your arrival date, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Pets are not allowed in the apartment.

Public Transportation
A direct bus connection operates from Alicante Airport to Torrevieja. Tickets can be purchased directly from the driver for €7.
You can check the current timetable online. From the main bus station in Torrevieja, it is approximately a 15‑minute walk to the apartment.
Guests receive a full set of apartment keys, including a unique key providing access to the outdoor swimming pool. Please note that the pool gate is automatically locked after 9:00 PM and cannot be opened with the key until the morning hours. These are general building rules for pool use, so we kindly ask all guests to strictly adhere to the pool closing time.
Guests are kindly asked to respect quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 10:00 AM.
